For the first time, two of North America’s premier Ukrainian performing ensembles — the Shumka Dancers and the Ukrainian Bandurist Chorus — will present together an evening of music and dance. This show will celebrate the legacy of Ukraine’s national poet, Taras Shevchenko, who is still hailed as “the conscience and the voice of the Ukrainian people.”
