Chef Michael Hunter has both the name and the (cooking) game for his, well, game meat–focused restaurant. Menu focuses on cosmopolitan takes on Northern Canadian ingredients, including many that have been foraged by the chef. (Due to provincial regulations, however, game meats are of the farmed variety.)
