Eco-friendly winery nestled along the Niagara Escarpment. The 23-acre estate is insecticide-free, with plants trimmed by sheep, and co-owner Louise Engel has even trained falcons to ward off grape-eating starlings. Tours are led by co-owner/wine maker David Johnson; $8 for tour and tasting. A light lunch is served on the veranda from the Victoria Day weekend through to Labour Day weekend.
