Located in the St. David’s Bench appellation, this family-run business encompasses a winery, restaurant and specialty food store. Take a themed tour of the 34-acre winery and learn about the winemaking process ($10 per person) or a historic tour of the grounds, which includes a farmhouse that is more than 100 years old ($10 per person), or a wine and cheese tasting experience ($25 per person). An organic vegetable garden and pigs raised on the premises serve chef Ross Midgley’s farm-to-table menu, as well as freshly-baked artisan bread. The menu changes seasonally, but past offerings have included grilled prawn and saffron risotto and brined Ontario pork back.
