Named one of Where Canada’s Best New Restaurants of 2015, chef Ryan Crawford, who has worked with the likes of Jamie Kennedy and Michael Stadtländer, helms his own establishment with his wife Bev Hotchkiss. The cool climate menu changes daily, but has recently included the likes of peach wood roasted egglant and chicken liver mousse. There is a wood oven for pizzas as well as chef’s bar.
