Menu items include: sweet crab & citrus mayo arctic char, shrimp and lobster, Cognac elk stroganoff, bison steak and Brome Lake duck. There are fresh daily chalkboard specials. Some favourites include: bourbon whisky pork belly starter and Greedy O’Grady ice cream pie. Mains range from $25 to $43. The restaurant is offering a winter special: 3 courses with choice of main for $37. Open daily from 5 to 9 pm.
