Sugo opened its doors in November 2001, with the mantra of creating a unique Italian dining experience focused on regional ingredients with an emphasis on freshness. Our first menu was created on November 14th 2001 and since then we have had more than 1,000 different menus, each designed with love and using the best product available.
In February 2005, we expanded into the space next door and completely renovated the entire restaurant with the goal of creating a contemporary and beautiful ambience to parallel the food and wine being served.
The wine department at Sugo shares one essential goal with the kitchen: to offer flavour sensations our guests can not find anywhere else.
