HIGH FLYING FUN Soar 450 feet across the world’s largest indoor zipline with Line Tech Ziplines. You’ll get a view of the World Waterpark, where thrill seekers will want to try water slides like Cyclone where a trap door opens to release riders into a vertical free fall, before they encounter a gravity defying loop. TRIPLE THE FUN If you’re always in line to try the fastest, most topsy-turvy rides at amusement parks, you won’t want to pass up a ride on the Mindbender! It’s the world’s largest indoor triple-loop roller coaster, reaching heights of up to 14 stories and speeds up to 100 km/h. If you’re not too dizzy after the ride, head over to Space Shot to get launched 120 feet high in less than two seconds, all before plummeting back to the ground below. JULY 16 TO 18 Shift into high gear as the Honda Indy roars back into town. Toronto’s own Paul Tracy and Montreal-based Alex Tagliani take on the twisting track against defending champion Dario Franchitti and drivers from as far as England and New Zealand. This IndyCar Series race features a 2.824 km street circuit that laps along Lake Shore Boulevard. Practice and qualifying runs are Friday and Saturday; the checkered flag waves on Sunday to crown a new champion. MARCH 13 Both daredevils and mellow motorists who prefer to watch the action from afar should kick into high gear and zoom off to the Monster Energy AMA Supercross for its only international stop. The principal off-road motorcycle racing series promises to thrill enthusiasts with drivers tearing across the track at high speeds while evading man-made obstacles. July Hot Date—Indy Racing Returns to Toronto

Honda IndyJuly 10 to 12 After going race-less last summer, fans can gear up for the return of the new and improved Honda Indy. Catch Canadian-born former Champ Car World Series victor Paul Tracy compete against other pro drivers of the Indy Racing League—including past series winners Helio Castroneves, Dan Wheldon, Dario Franchitti and 2007 title holder Will Power—on the winding street circuit of Exhibition Place.
