It’s the last day to treat yourself to specially priced beauty, spa and wellness services courtesy of Bloor-Yorkville’s Beautylicious. More than 60 participating businesses are offering premiere services for both men and women.
Find a seat at the Gladstone Hotel and prepare to witness the (humorous, bookish) “fight” of four local authors’ lives. At the Literary Death Match, Toronto writers Carolyn Black, Dani Couture, Grace O’Connell and Rebecca Rosenblum turn public reading into a competitive sport, and are judged (and applauded, they hope) for their efforts.
