Hot Date: Patinkin’s Yiddish Character

SEPTEMBER 17 & 18 Immerse yourself in the “mother tongue” with Mamaloshen, a performance of traditional, classic and contemporary songs in the Yiddish language by award-winning stage and screen star Mandy Patinkin. Known for his roles in Evita and The Princess Bride, Patinkin’s repertoire includes such songs as “Oyfn Pripetshik” and “Rabbi Elimeylekh,” as well as an interpretation of “God Bless America.” The show ends with selections from Patinkin’s accomplished Broadway career.
