Bloor-Yorkville’s IceFest is Frozen Fun

Bloor-Yorkville IceFest

FEBRUARY 22 & 23  What can you make with 35,000 pounds of ice? How about a magical winter wonderland filled with whimsical sculptures, a live DJ, performers and much more! Toronto’s ritziest neighbourhood transforms for the annual Bloor-Yorkville IceFest, a glistening celebration of winter in the city. Feast your eyes on ice-carving demonstrations by some of Ontario’s most talented sculptors, and be sure to strike a pose in front of the magnificent feature carving for an official photo op. Don’t forget to check out the area’s many chic boutiques, some of which offer special deals for the weekend event.  —Sara Burnside Menuck
