Canadian veterans from the Korean War recently descended upon the Canadian War Museum, just west of downtown Ottawa, for the unveiling of Korea 60. This important new exhibition, running until January 5, 2014, features a series of photographs taken during the Korean war — including photos taken by soldiers themselves — illustrating Canada’s involvement in the conflict that eventually led to the Korean Armistice Agreement. The exhibition also serves to add to the museum’s current display on the Korean War.
