The Call of the Mall: Shopping Malls in Mississauga

The metropolis of Mississauga boasts some of the best one-stop-shopping destinations in Canada. From high-end wares at upscale boutiques to steals and deals at discount outlets and everything in between, you’ll find it all at the mall.

If a high-end shopping experience is what you’re looking for, SHERWAY GARDENS is just the ticket. More than 200 sophisticated stores call this conservatory-inspired, skylight-filled space home.

SQUARE ONE SHOPPING CENTRE proudly holds the title as one of Ontario’s largest mall, a mantle that it takes seriously with 1.6 million square feet of retail space housing more than 360 stores.

A 160-foot-tall clock tower marks the spot for ERIN MILLS TOWN CENTRE, where you’ll find more than 170 stores offering everything from jewellery and electronics to housewares and sporting goods.

DIXIE OUTLET MALL is our favourite kind of shopping destination—a discount outlet mall. Find bargains galore—the more than 140 stores here offer reductions of 30 to 70 per cent off already discounted wares.

HEARTLAND TOWN CENTRE is the epicentre of big-box shopping in Mississauga. This 1.9-million-square-foot power centre’s four quadrants are home to more than 125 stores, ranging from apparel and footwear to sporting equipment and home electronics.—Where Mississauga Staff

I have been lost in Square One, it is big.

I have also found some really good deals at the Dixie Value Mall.
