Town of Banff: Vinyasa Flow Yoga—breath-synchronized movement noon-1 pm, Tue and Thur (Banff Seniors Ctr, Library, 107 Bear St, 403-762-1251).
Sally Borden Gym, The Banff Centre: Muscle Pump—Ida won’t make you dance during 40 min of creative strengthening, Fri at noon.
Yoga Lounge, Canmore: Gentle Ashtanga, Hatha and Yin—Breath control, relaxation and strengthening postures.
Lifeworks, Canmore: Boot Camp—Sabrina and Christa keep you smiling through tough cardio, strength and power moves.
Canmore Recreation Centre: Rise and Step—Silke gets you stepping, dancing and sweating during her 6:15-7:15 am, Thur class.
Trail Sports, Canmore Nordic Centre: Drop-in Lesson—Skating and classic ski classes on trails used by Olympic champions weekends and holidays, 10 am. Vigorous cross-country skiing is a perfect workout!
