Just a few steps from English Bay, Neil Taylor and Ed Perrow (both previously of award-winning Cibo Trattoria) celebrate all things Spanish at Espana. Go for bold flavours such as sautéed duck livers and chorizo, superbly rich morcilla (blood sausage) or crispy squid with mint yogurt and chilli.
