Preliminary plans for a 60- and 61-story, two-tower hotel—the tallest hotel in Canada—have been approved for Niagara Falls.
The property will be a five-star hotel with 966 rooms, a rooftop pool, a falls-view observation platform, restaurants and a spa. Development cost estimates range from $340 to $500 million. The hotel is still in the design phase and there’s no word yet on when construction will begin, though ground-breaking will be at least a year away.
