This sleek, cool Edmonton cocktail bar has an extensive variety of wine and premium-quality liquors that are used to create the restaurant’s signature concoctions. Classic sips like Stiff Lemonades and Manhattans are the list, as well as some creations unique to Zinc. In addition to the regular drink list, Zinc often features a limited-edition cocktail inspired by one of the works of art currently featured in the gallery.

2. GoGo Lounge
This fun martini spot serves up a variety of unique drinks and snack food, and brings the quirky nightlife of Montreal to one of Edmonton’s best cocktail bars. The retro vibe of the venue channels the ’60s, ’70s and ’80s, yet its sleek, bold décor gives it a contemporary feel. The drink menu, displayed on vinyl records, lists a variety of classics and 28 custom elixirs like the tangy “Tutti Frutti” or the bold “Captain America”.
