The stylish look of the three-layered cakes at the bottom of the display case, make you feel as if you are in a bakery in Europe. A must try is ‘Bianky’s Signature Cake,’ which is made of pastry, cream, fresh fruits and decorated on the sides with grounded hazelnuts.
Beauty may be on the outside of Brulee Bakery’s desserts, for their shop is daintily decorated with fresh fruit and flowers, but take a bite of one of their many treats and you’ll see they taste just as sweet on the inside. Their signature treat, the Lemon Cream Cake, consists of tart, lemon-syrup-brushed layers, with a filling of lemon curd and whipped cream and finished with a lemon buttercream icing.
